We bake our special cookies in a totally gluten free environment.
We are located in the South Puget Sound area in a town called Olympia, WA. We started baking gluten free cookies because of our family members needing to be gluten free. We shared our cookies with friends and family and always got the same reaction. "WOW I can't believe they are gluten free." Even people who are not GF ask for them. They have become a special treat for gifts around holidays. Time and time again people said, "Mo, you should be selling these!" It has always been a dream of ours to have a bakery, and now it is a dream come true.
